Beau brings over 20 years of hands-on experience as a business owner, leader, and executive coach. Having spent decades on the ground navigating the realities of scaling operations and leading teams, he has seen firsthand the pressure business owners face when everything depends on them. His extensive background in organizational growth and strategic mentorship gave him a clear view of what leaders need to step back from the daily grind and build sustainable systems. That insight became the foundation for Launch Point Leader.

For years, Lori has dedicated her career to coaching emerging leaders and building cultures where teams actually want to show up and perform. Having worked closely with Beau in high-growth organizational leadership, she knows the exact tension points leaders face as they attempt to scale. In 2023, Lori joined the mission to combine their shared heart, operational experience, and strategic frameworks into Launch Point Leader, giving business owners the practical tools they need to step into their full potential.
